Nature of Services
Brightline AI is a technology services provider that offers AI-powered communication tools, including
automated voice and text messaging systems, on behalf of its clients. Brightline AI does not provide
medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Any healthcare-related communications
delivered through Brightline AI systems are sent on behalf of and under the responsibility of Brightline
AI clients.
Automated Communications & Consent
By providing a phone number through a Brightline AI–enabled website, form, or system, you consent to
receive automated text messages and/or automated phone calls related to the specific inquiry,
workflow, intake process, scheduling, or service requested. Message frequency may vary. Message
and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of SMS
communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or follow instructions
provided in the communication.
Client-Directed Messaging
Brightline AI does not independently determine message content, timing, recipients, or use cases. All
automated communications are initiated and defined by Brightline AI clients, who are solely responsible
for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and consent requirements.
Third-Party Service Providers
Brightline AI utilizes third-party communication service providers to deliver SMS messages and voice
calls. These providers process data solely to perform services on behalf of Brightline AI and its clients.
